What you get

A timed record of every enquiry we send, listed in the report: channel, language, time sent, time of the first reply, time of the first useful reply, and who replied.
The same enquiry in English, German and Hungarian. Hungarian is the control: when your clinic answers a domestic enquiry in forty minutes and a German one the next afternoon, the gap is measured against your own best response, not an industry average. Where your patients come mainly from Italy, Italian replaces English.
A technical reading of your site, checked by hand: languages, structured data, and treatment pages per source country.
An attribution map: where the source of an enquiry is recorded and where it is lost, from the ad or search result to the booked consultation.

How it runs

Day 1

We agree the channels to test, and whether Italian replaces English. Only you know the dates; your team doesn’t.

Days 1–4

We send enquiries as a prospective patient would, at different times of day, including outside opening hours.

Day 5

You receive the report, and we walk you through it on a call.

Indicated when

Most of your patients live in Hungary.
You already time every reply by language and channel, and know where each enquiry came from.

What we don’t do

We audit only a clinic that has commissioned it: we measure your own funnel, with your authorisation. The free Enquiry Teardown never submits anything to anyone.
We don’t book real appointments: test enquiries stop before a booking is confirmed, so no chair time is lost.
We don’t share your results with anyone, or use what we learn about your clinic for another clinic.

VAT

FirstLine is exempt from VAT in Hungary as a small business, so we add no VAT to any fee. Clinics in Hungary receive invoices without VAT, carrying the statutory exemption reference. For clinics elsewhere in the EU, such as Germany, Austria or Ireland, the service is supplied where the clinic is established: it is outside Hungarian VAT, and the clinic accounts for any VAT under the reverse charge. Clinics in the UK and Switzerland are outside EU VAT.
