What you get

• Agent operation and tuning. We read the conversations, correct answers, and widen the scope as you approve it.
• Ad management in the countries you choose.
• New landing pages every month, where the numbers show a treatment or country is under-served.
• A monthly unit-economics report: cost per enquiry, per booked consult, per showed consult and per accepted treatment plan, each with its source.

Indicated when

• Your Patient Acquisition System, or an equivalent, is live.
• You will share booked, showed and accepted-plan numbers each month.
• You want the cost of a consult measured, not estimated.

Not indicated when

• The system isn’t live yet. Start there.
• You can’t share booking and treatment-plan data. Without it the report can only count enquiries.
• You want a commitment shorter than twelve months.
• You want patient numbers guaranteed. We report what each consult costs; we don’t promise how many there will be.

What we don’t do

• We don’t mark up ad spend. You pay the ad platforms directly, on top of the fee, and see every invoice.
• We don’t report a number we can’t source. If your booking data is missing for a month, the report says so.
