About
FirstLine is a service of ⟨KFT_NAME⟩, a Hungarian limited company. We build and run patient acquisition systems for private dental and aesthetic clinics in Hungary and Central Europe whose patients mostly come from abroad.
Why the name
In clinical language, a first-line treatment is the one you reach for before anything else. In a clinic’s front office, the first line is whatever answers a patient first. When that is a closed office, the enquiry waits until morning. We build the first line so it doesn’t.
How we work
- We start with a diagnosis: the free Enquiry Teardown or the Patient Flow Audit.
- We state when a service is not indicated, and we turn down work where it isn’t.
- Every number we report has a unit, a source and a date.
- We write each language ourselves rather than translating it: English and Hungarian now, German once we can write it as well.

It runs on the system we sell. The Enquiry Teardown here is the one we run for clinics, and the intake agent that will answer your questions on this site is the one we build for you.
