Who we are
This website and the Enquiry Teardown are provided by ⟨KFT_NAME⟩ (registered seat: ⟨KFT_SEAT⟩; company registration number: ⟨KFT_REGISTRATION_NUMBER⟩; tax number: ⟨KFT_TAX_NUMBER⟩; email: ⟨KFT_EMAIL⟩).
Who they are for
Businesses: dental and aesthetic clinics and the people who run them. They are not a consumer service, and nothing on this site or in a readout is medical advice.
The Enquiry Teardown
The teardown is free. It reads public pages of the website you name and gives you a readout of what it found. We may limit how many teardowns you request, refuse a request, or pause the service, to keep it available and to prevent abuse.
A readout reflects what we could read at the time. Websites change, and we may miss things; a readout is information, not a guarantee. We are not liable for decisions you make based on it, except where Hungarian law does not allow liability to be excluded: for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or harm to life, physical integrity or health.
Paid services
The Patient Flow Audit, the Patient Acquisition System and Managed Patient Flow are provided under a separate written agreement, which governs them. Fees on this site are in euros and exclude VAT.
Using the site
- Don’t submit requests automatically or in bulk.
- Don’t try to get around rate limits or security, or to reach data that isn’t yours.
- Don’t give us someone else’s email address.
Your readout and our content
Your readout is yours to use, share and print. The rest of this site, including its text and design, belongs to us. We may use findings from readouts to illustrate our work and to improve the teardown, but only after removing clinic names, website addresses and anything else that identifies a clinic.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes go to the court with jurisdiction at our registered seat.
Language and changes
These terms are published in English and Hungarian. If the two differ, the Hungarian version prevails. We date every version; the version in force when you use the site applies.
