Managed Patient Flow
We run the system month by month: the agent, the ads and new landing pages, and a report of what each enquiry, consult and accepted treatment plan cost you.
Your ad spend stays yours. You pay Google and Meta directly, on your own card, and give us access. We never touch the money and add no markup.
- Fee
- €1,800–4,500 a month
- Term
- 12 months
We don’t charge VAT on these fees.
What you get
- Agent operation and tuning. We read the conversations, correct answers, and widen the scope as you approve it.
- Ad management in the countries you choose.
- New landing pages every month, where the numbers show a treatment or country is under-served.
- A monthly unit-economics report: cost per enquiry, per booked consult, per showed consult and per accepted treatment plan, each with its source.
Indicated when
- Your Patient Acquisition System, or an equivalent, is live.
- You will share booked, showed and accepted-plan numbers each month.
- You want the cost of a consult measured, not estimated.
Not indicated when
- The system isn’t live yet. Start there.
- You can’t share booking and treatment-plan data. Without it the report can only count enquiries.
- You want a commitment shorter than twelve months.
- You want patient numbers guaranteed. We report what each consult costs; we don’t promise how many there will be.
What we don’t do
- We don’t report a number we can’t source. If your booking data is missing for a month, the report says so.
- We don’t hold your ad accounts. They stay in your name; we work in them with the access you grant.

VAT
FirstLine is exempt from VAT in Hungary as a small business, so we add no VAT to any fee. Clinics in Hungary receive invoices without VAT, carrying the statutory exemption reference. For clinics elsewhere in the EU, such as Germany, Austria or Ireland, the service is supplied where the clinic is established: it is outside Hungarian VAT, and the clinic accounts for any VAT under the reverse charge. Clinics in the UK and Switzerland are outside EU VAT.
